SHIPMENTS
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment by Mail Boxes Etc.
If you prefer another shipping method we’ll apply an additional cost, so please contact us before choosing this method.
It’s recommended to order a minimum of 3 bottles to facilitate packaging.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not ship two distinct orders in one shipment, we have to apply shipping charges to each order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
Boxes are for reasonable size and your items are well protected.

Cost of shipment by courier
Upon completion of the order you can choose to add the wooden box of 3 bottles at 12 €.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• If the recipient is absent the courier can not leave the package unattended at destination.
• It’s impossible to change the delivery address after order’s confirmation or provide two delivery addresses.
• The carrier moves with truck and if the addresses are difficult to reach should be provided at time of the order.
• In case of failure delivery the goods will be placed in storage.
IN CASO DI GIACENZA la merce verrà rimessa in consegna entro 10 giorni previo pagamento da parte del cliente a "Badia A Coltibuono" delle spese di giacenza per un totale di 7€ + IVA.
In caso di mancato pagamento la merce verrà riconsegnata a "Badia A Coltibuono" e verrà emesso rimborso al cliente dell'importo pagato al netto di tutte le spese sostenute da "Badia A Coltibuono".
