Aging About 12 months in large French and Austrian oak barrels.
Organoleptic Notes Deep ruby red color, with aromas of iris, violets, morello cherry, tobacco and black pepper. In the mouth it is fresh and savory, quite warm and persistent. On the palate it presents mineral hints, red fruit, leather and aromas of roasting.

Aging About 24 months in large French and Austrian oak barrels.
Organoleptic Notes Intense ruby red in color, the nose reveals elegant balsamic notes, mixed with hints of flower petals, cherries in alcohol, licorice and chocolate. The taste is warm but pleasant, with a happy balance between great freshness and full and generous body.
