Cetamura Toscana IGT

Cetamura takes its name from an Etruscan archaeological site in the Chianti hills — evidence of a human and viticultural presence that predates the founding of the abbey itself by centuries. This is the everyday wine: it brings the values of Badia a Coltibuono into a daily format, with no compromise on winemaking philosophy.

Oltrepò Pavese is one of Italy's leading regions for the production of high-quality sparkling wines, thanks to its long-established winemaking tradition and particularly favorable soil and climatic conditions. Production is primarily based on the Traditional Method (Metodo Classico), with extended lees ageing that imparts finesse, complexity, and aromatic depth.

Fragrant and youthful white wine with an aroma dominated by citrus notes and fresh aromatic herbs; the palate is driven by a pleasant acidic vein and a final mineral savory.
