Tasting Notes

Bright straw-yellow color with golden highlights; fine, delicate, and persistent perlage. The bouquet is complex and intriguing, with notes of buttery pastries and bread crust, enriched by hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and citrus nuances. On the palate, it offers a rounded and creamy sip, enlivened by excellent freshness that leads to a clean, savory, and pleasantly harmonious finish.

Food Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, but also surprisingly versatile throughout the meal, pairing beautifully with risottos, fish dishes and cruditès, and white meats.
